I’m a huge fan of outdoor cinema. Taking a picnic blanket, a bottle of bubbly and a stash of my favourite snacks to watch a film outside on a summer’s evening is such a cute and enjoyable night out.
I recently went to The Luna Cinema – known for showcasing a wide range of classic and award-winning films in beautiful locations across London and beyond.

I loved Michael J. Fox so much in my early years
After I’d stopped gawping at the stunning views of London from Greenwich Park (and having tucked in to a rather tasty burger from the onsite BBQ) I wrapped up in my cosy blanket, made sure I was equipped with a plastic glass of fizz in my hand and enjoyed Back to the Future, one of my favourite films of all time.
The Luna Cinema had an actual DeLorean car in the park for us cinema-goers to sit in and have photos taken (amazing!) and they also had Benefit makeup staff handing round free samples and offering complimentary makeovers!
I’ll definitely be going back to The Luna Cinema this summer – they have got so many film screenings to choose from and it’s a great idea for a date night or a fun evening with friends. I have narrowed the extensive list of screenings down to a shortlist of Breakfast at Tiffany’s at Regent’s Park, Batman at Pinewood Studios and American Hustle at Battersea Park.
Perhaps I’ll go to all three!
